J.P. Kline P.E.

PARTNER/TECHNICAL DIRECTOR

J.P. Kline, P.E., Joined Geotechnics in 2007. He holds a MS degree in Environmental Pollution Control from Pennsylvania State University, a BS degree in Environmental Engineering Technology from Pennsylvania State University, and a BA in Classics from Randolph-Macon College, Virginia.

J.P. is a registered Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania and is the Chairman of ASTM D35.04 subcommittee on Geosynthetics Clay Liners.

J.P. oversees all technical aspects of our geotechnical and geosynthetic laboratories.
